History
Coversys was formed in 1998, by a team of engineers and commercial people, all with many years experience in the steel roofing tile industry and committed to offer a new generation of steel roofing tiles.
Coversys took advantage of the latest technologies to develop the new system taking notice of the evolution in the different markets and their requirements.
As a matter of fact, the steel roofing tile has been around for approximately 40 years, offering incomparable qualities in durability and weight. However it did not meet the aesthetical requirements, particularly due to their profiles and colours.
The numerous innovative techniques used by Coversys are a combination of: selection of materials (alu-zinc steel, polyester powder coating HDP): production (dry powder coating applied at high temperatures): and the design of tiles and accessories (wide range, traditional look).
In cooperation with its industrial partners, Coversys focuses on high quality and durability for its products. Another matter of importance for Coversys is to respect the environment. At Coversys no water or solvents are required for the production of its products.
In response to the aesthetical requirements, Coversys offers a wide product range, a smooth matt or "glossy" glazed, rustic colours, as well as a Roman profile tile to suit the Southern European market.

The Coversys products, which are manufactured in their factory in Gembloux, Belgium, have been used on many varying types of buildings, ranging from individual houses, flats, commercial buildings, to large scale roofs such as schools, hotels, offices, restaurants. The main benefits are efficiency in fixing and the products low weight.
Today, thanks to the support of the AWEX (Walloon Export Agency), Coversys roofs keep out the weather of thousands of buildings in Europe as well as in countries with extreme climates, such as Siberia, The Caribbean, Central Africa…).
All projects carried out in accordance with professional trade standards have the benefit of a 30 year guarantee (non-degressive).
Due to its commercial development and its original technical developments within the evolution of the marketplace, Coversys has become a major player in the steel roofing tile industry.
